Norfolk County
Council
Norfolk County Council is the local authority for Norfolk.
It provides a wide range of services, including education, social services,
highway maintenance, waste disposal, libraries, museums, fire and rescue,
economic development and trading standards. In September 2009 Norfolk County
Council plans to open a new and exemplary 210-place building for St Michael’s
Church of England Primary School. Meanwhile, the relocation of the College
of West Anglia will provide a 21st century educational centre and improve
access to education for the people of West Norfolk.
