English Partnerships is the government's national regeneration agency. Its aim is to deliver high quality, sustainable growth in England and create communities where people can afford to live and want to live. Yours South Lynn is the fourth of English Partnership’s seven Millennium Communities, initiated to influence and encourage the wider building community to embrace innovation and higher environmental standards. English Partnerships is also providing funding for new community facilities and implementing the diversion of the Puny Drain, to improve drainage in the area and ensure that there is no barrier between the existing community and the new development.
