When complete, Yours South Lynn will provide 900 homes together with new local shops, a new primary school and health centre, shared open spaces, a community centre, football pitch and recreation facilities. A campus for a college and university is also planned as well as an innovation centre and new business park. Over 18 acres will be set aside as public green space, to include nature reserves, parks, river banks and wetlands.
